with Rachel Leo Flagg

$400

Offered as a rolling admission throughout the semester.

To take this class, one must have an active RDH licnese and passed the ADEX clinical board exam, or have an active NH dental license.

This one on one, hands-on instrumentation skill enhancement refresher course is designed to build on what clinicians already know, providing individualized coaching and structured learning based on each participant’s specific needs, experience level, and clinical challenges.

Through guided practice and hands-on coaching, participants will refine both fundamental and advanced periodontal instrumentation skills with a strong emphasis on confidence-building, clinical efficiency, ergonomics, and improved patient outcomes. Instruction is delivered using a compassionate, humanistic teaching approach, creating a supportive learning environment where clinicians feel empowered both didactically and clinically.

This course integrates typodont and/or manikin-based practice with real-world clinical applications to enhance the delivery of dental hygiene therapy and elevate the standard of periodontal care.
