The overarching goal of the Micro-credential: Ethical Leadership in Education, integrating the modules on Ethical Decision-Making and Integrity in Student Supports, is to empower participants with the knowledge and skills essential for ethical leadership. The focus is on navigating ethical challenges, fostering academic success, and promoting student well-being through adherence to professional norms and effective stewardship.
Participants will learn to apply ethical principles in decision-making, cultivate a positive school culture, and actively champion the academic success and well-being of every student.
The modules emphasize the importance of ethical conduct, professionalism, and collaboration with stakeholders to create an environment that prioritizes child-centered education. Through engaging in practical action research and reflective activities, participants will demonstrate their ability to integrate ethical leadership principles into the role of an educational leader.
