The Micro-credential: Educational Leadership for Professional Growth aims to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning in educational institutions. This program aligns with the school's mission and core values by developing workplace conditions that enhance professional development and student learning.
Participants will learn to establish a professional culture focused on shared goals, ethical practice, open communication, and collective responsibility for student success. Emphasizing mutual accountability and productive relationships, this course supports continuous improvement and professional capacity.
Modules will include job-embedded learning opportunities, collegial feedback, and faculty-led program enhancements to promote holistic student success.
