What is mindfulness? What does it have to do with meditation? How can mindfulness help you personally and professionally? This 2-hour workshop is designed to introduce participants to the Communicating Mindfully (CM) approach to mindfulness as it applies to communication at home and at work.

CM is an evidence-based curriculum with a 20-year track record of success. It has been shown to increase mindfulness, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Come to hear more about the foundational logic of CM and how it can benefit your life.
