Importance, Action and Reality

It goes without saying that a positive workplace culture is what we strive for, but why is it often so elusive to create and maintain? Why do our good intentions regarding workplace culture wind up abandoned or unfulfilled? Most importantly, what does it take to give a positive workplace culture life and how can that life truly be nurtured and sustained?

This workshop answers these questions with a look at why workplace culture is so vitally important, the actions needed to not only create a positive culture but to maintain it and the reality that often gets in the way of cultural success.

We will explore concepts and tried and true strategies and actions, and you’ll assess your current workplace culture, identify not only roadblocks to enhancing it but practical and doable ways to do so.

Focal points of the workshop include:

  • Defining organizational culture and it’s importance
  • Who really sets organizational culture
  • The difference between “espoused culture” and “enacted culture”
  • The importance of norms.
  • The critical impact of leadership.

· Action that help achieving the culture you prefer

· Assessing your culture and creating a blueprint for action

If you’ve been thinking of how to either turn your current culture around or how to strengthen what is already in place this workshop is for you.

You’ll leave with the information and encouragement to make a positive cultural difference.
