Workforce Education at NHTI

This course will cover how to apply and integrate basic principles of coronal polishing on a patient so that biofilm and stain removal is attained.

Online: June 27 - July 25, 2026 (Must be completed prior to attending clinical portion.)

Clinicals: July 11, 2026 from 8am - 5pm and July 25, 2026 from 8am - 12pm at the NHTI campus

CEUs: 12

Prerequisites and Required Documents:

• • ADA Graduate Dental Assistant or Completion of POI and ICP courses.

Required by Student: Treat 5 patients under the supervision of a NH dentist between clinical sessions.

Personal Protective Equipment: Students must provide their own PPE which includes a lab coat, safety glasses, 2 face masks, N95 mask, and latex free gloves.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be officially registered and a seat will NOT be reserved for you until ALL pre-requisites and required documents have been received, reviewed, and approved.
